  I've had storage units and a parking spot for a trailer at this location for 2 plus years. The property manager is awesome! But, I just had my trailer stolen from here and the district manager was less than helpful with me and the police when I filed a report. He acted like it was a bother and cumbersome to review security footage to find out WHO hooked up to my trailer and drove it out of a gated, coded, security camera enforced property. So, I warn you... lease a space here at your own risk! Not to mention it wouldn't be hard to go back 6 days (6 days ago is the last time I was there and saw my trailer) and follow who has been in and out of the property. We all have codes so they can tell who as access to the property. If you lease here, the upper staff above the property manager does NOT CARE about your personal property that you pay monthly to store. Again, as long as I have been at this location I was shocked that the district manager did not take the level of care once he found out (he was on site this morning) my trailer had been stolen as one would expect! If you have a trailer at this location, it is NOT SAFE. I would remove immediately before the same thing happens to you!
  
  Yes, there was a police report filed. But, everyone knows it will take a detective a few weeks to follow up. And I was left with the impression that the staff would do absolutely nothing to help me until the detective contacts them. Precious time being lost of course. What exactly do we pay for again? And do we expect our property will be in the place where we left it?? Of course paying customers do!!
